| RESTAURANTS
To live to our tradition, of serving the best food on Koh Phangan (as commented by Joe Cummings, author of the Lonely Planet on Thailand Island and beach 2003) we have opened a full service section of our Sala Rim Nam Restaurant to accommodate an overflowing number of diners who patrons us nightly
Our Chef Ja, who is welknown to our repeated visitors as usual has arranged many new dishes for you to try like her spicy egg plant salad, authentic Indian masara prawns curry, vegetarian gado-gado salad to green curry pizza and not to mention the fresh succulent seafood B.B.Q from the catch of the day. And of cause if you wish Ja to prepare any special dishes for your special occasion, all you have to do is ask for her. ACCOMMODATION
The resort was opened in January 2001 consisting of 63 huts and bures. Bures is the word for island cottage made of local wooden materials. Here it is made of bamboo panel walls, palm leave roof with wooden floor, rustic and picturesque in appearance. Our guests often hang their hammocks by the front porch which has striking seaview and spend lazy time reading or taking naps.
Island hut is a slightly smaller and less detail version, both are cleanly kept and have excellent view. Do not expect hot water, but the weather should be very tropical and warm with fresh breeze. Ceiling fan is provided as well as mosquito net to cover the bed at night. A very rustic and wonderful experience to spend time here and guaranteed one would not want to leave when the time comes.
