HOTEL OVERVIEW:
 La
Flora, in natural and pristine Kao Lak, is set on an idyllic, large
beachfront, just over an hour north of Phuket airport. The resort
features 68 spacious rooms, suites and villas and, as its name
suggests, is in a secluded location close to Kao Lak’s national
park.
 As
part of Sanctuary Resorts’ commitment to environmental projection,
the resort treats its wastewater for recycling in the garden through
non-chemical means.
During the construction, La Flora has limited the cutting of trees
as much as possible. A range of diverse, rare trees has been donated
to the resort’s gardens to provide birds and other fauna a
sanctuary to nest in.
La Flora only features non-motorized water-sports while the
resort's pool is non-chemical and water is treated through Ozone.

 Activities
Kao Lak, with its pristine sea, is the ideal place for ecological
sound tours and activities. Diving at nearby marine sanctuaries of
Similan and Surin is unrivalled.
The reef, just outside the resort is a perfect place for
snorkeling while the non-motorized water-sports at the resort
provide a fun and exciting way of spending the day.
The national park, just a few kilometers from the resort is ideal
for hikes, biking trips, rafting or nature walks.
Inside the resort, we organize daily cultural activities and
classes where guests can participate in cooking classes, yoga,
sports and a wide range of other opportunities to stimulate the
body, spirit and mind.
Restaurants
La Flora features a life-style café, which offers
contemporary, international cuisine while the large terrace offers
the freshest seafood and Asian fare.
The pool bar, adjacent to the large, split level pool, is the
place for afternoon cocktails and snacks.

Superior Room
The Superior Rooms are located in low-rise buildings; scattered
throughout the garden. The rooms; which are 40 sq. meter each, are
all luxuriously appointed and all feature large private terraces and
spacious 4 fixture bathrooms; with bathtubs opening up inside the
bedrooms.
Deluxe Studio Room
The Deluxe Studio Rooms are located on the ground floors of the
low-rise buildings and all feature private, enclosed gardens or
courtyards each. The rooms have all large, 4 fixture bathrooms; with
bathtubs opening up inside the bedrooms and are appointed with all
luxury amenities.
Deluxe Villa
The Deluxe Villas are privately located; close to the beachfront and
boast amongst the best sea-views of the resort. They feature a large
living space and spacious private terraces with the bathroom
extending to a small private garden with additional rain-shower as
well as large tub suitable for two.
Pool Villa
The large and luxurious Pool Villas feature private plunge pools
overlooking the Andaman Sea, a large sundeck and an open-air
relaxation pavilion. All Pool Villas are spacious, well appointed
and occupy the prime sites within the resort. Each Pool Villa has
two bedrooms, large living room and two luxuriously appointed
bathrooms with herbal steam bath as a standard fixture.
