Special Airfare to Hua Hin

New Air Shuttle Service to Hua Hin introduced to Serve Evason GuestsOperated by SGA Airlines, the Hua Hin Air Shuttle will utilize Cessna 208B Caravan aircraft, with capacity for 12 passengers. The aircraft has been fitted out with plush leather seating, and passengers will have a baggage allowance of 20 kilos per person.

Flights depart from Bangkok’s Don Muang Domestic Terminal, with a separate check-in area adjacent to the Bangkok Airways counter. Passengers are met on arrival at Hua Hin airport and provided with a complimentary escorted transfer between the airport and Evason Resort and Evason Hideaway.

The operation is designed to grow with demand but initial flight times have been established to accommodate international arrivals from/to Europe, with daily departures scheduled as follows:

Depart Bangkok (BKK): 0800, 1130, 1530, 1830

Depart Hua Hin (HHQ): 0930, 1300, 1630, 2000

Flying time between Bangkok and Hua Hin is 30 minutes.

Air fares will be announced very shortly and are expected to be around Baht 5,300 round trip inclusive of all taxes and VAT. A 50% discount applies for children aged 2 to 11 years and a child under 2 who does not occupy a seat will travel free of charge. (valid from 1 November 2004 – 30 April 2005)

The new service has been created by Evason and in partnership with the airline operator to offer convenience and realistic air fares for their guests, tour operator partners and other visitors to Hua Hin.

Booking Procedure:

  1. Flight reservation should be requested at the same time room reservation is made, along with the requested departure time.
  2. If connect flight from oversea or other domestic flights, please provide the details of your arrival flight to Bangkok. However, should you be originated in Bangkok, please also provide your hotel contact in Bangkok.
  3. Paper tickets will not be issued, you can merely present your passports on check-in.
  4. This is a pre-payment service, therefore, the airfare will be added to the cost of accommodation booked at Evason Hua Hin or Evason Hideaway.

Conditions:

  • Bookings to be made no later than 2 days prior to date of travel.
  • Approximate flight time is 30 minutes however delays may occur due to weather conditions.
  • Complementary Hua Hin Airport – Evason Resort/Hideaway – Hua Hin Airport transfer will be provided for Evason guests.
  • For change to flight reservations made within 2 days of travel but prior to 12.00 hours on the day to travel, an amendment fee of Baht 1,250 per passenger will apply. Changes after 12.00 hours on the day prior to departure and/or No Shows will be charged at 100% of the fare.
  • Child is under 12 years old is charged half price, Infant under 2 years old is free of charge with no seat occupied.
  • Latest check-in time is 45 minutes prior to departure.
  • Hua Hin Air Shuttle check-in desk and airport lounge are located in the domestic departure terminal ON THE GROUND FLOOR CLOSE TO BANGKOK AIRWAYS CHECK IN COUNTER.
  • Maximum Luggage Allowance of 27.5 kg + 5 kg hand luggage.
