 Le Bayburi De Pran's is a private complex of 4 privately owned luxury beachfront villas, operated as vacation home rentals for short and long stay guests. Guests can choose between the four themed Villas, each with completely self contained facilities, including private pool.
Located at romantic Pranburi, just 20 minutes south of Hua-Hin, situated on the South West coast of the gulf of Thailand 2.5 hours from Bangkok.
Here you will discover a tranquil, luxurious and private atmosphere that is home to many famous boutique resorts and spa's.
The area is characterized by crystal clean natural beaches, breathtaking sea views, refreshing sea breezes and all this set against a backdrop of inland mountain ranges.
Located close to the beautiful mountains of Sam Roi Yod national park and six world class golf courses, Pranburi represents that hard to find private luxury.
Pranburi is unique in that it has only boutique private resorts along the beachfront, so even in high season the area is peaceful and quite. At the same time it is only a short drive to golf courses and tourist sites, and only a stroll along the beach to any of a dozen restaurants.

In total there are only four villas as part of this project. Each Villa is structurally almost identical. The interior and landscape designs however are each unique.
Each architecturally designed 2 storey private villa has :

The total site area is approximately 1 Rai (about 1,600 sqm), with each villa occupying about 400sqm each. Each villa is completely self contained & separated by a common fence between each villa. The total beachfront is 40 meters, split equally between the villas.
It is likely that the area between the pools and the beachfront will not be fenced, but instead be left as a long grassed strip with the odd coconut tree, providing very open and uninterrupted ocean views for all villas.

Like all the villas, the Pacific Hideaway is directly on the beachfront, with absolutely uninterrupted views from almost every area of the villa and outdoor areas.

A more traditional Asian tropical design so popular in the regional is reflected in the contemporary design of this villa. For those guests who either haven't experienced that Asian tropical experience or enjoy this style of accommodation, then this villa is one of the best you will ever find. Very much in keeping with the surrounding area and resorts the tropical feeling of the villa is only further improved by the glorious outdoor living areas and absolute beach frontage enjoyed from every area of the villa.
