The Baan Bayan (or Bayan House in English) was originally built in the early 1900's. It has the undeniably superb location in one of the most sought after areas in Hua Hin. Blessed with its own generous unblemished beach front and a breathaking panoramic view of the Gulf of Siam, the resort is advantageously, only a few minutes away from Hua Hin town center, market, and airport.

Today, it is one of the rarest and finest examples of a Thai style colonial house, meticulously restored with strong emphasis on details, to its former glory by the family who once lived there. The 1920's was an exciting period of change seeing the influence of the Art Deco era which swept from Europe. Guests staying at Baan Bayan can experience the glory of a bygone era in its colonial style structure, yet with all of today's modern comforts and amenities.

The Poolside Bar - Hours : 09.00 - 20.00 hrs. An open - air bar where you can enjoy our list of beverages, cocktails, and snacks by or in the pool area whilst you relax and lounge on lazy afternoon.

Room Service - Hours : 07.00 - 22.00 hrs. If you prefer to dine in the privacy and comfort of your own room of deck, our room service is available serving both Thai and International cuisines.

The Cafe' Bayan
Hours : 07.00 - 22.00 hrs.
Located on the ground level of the original Baan Bayan with a fantastic view of the simming pool and the sea. This is a perfect place for an afternoon gathering with friends and family members as the ocean breeze is simply amazing here. Seating capacity : 40 - 50 persons.

Breakfast : 06.30 - 10.30 hrs. serving continental set breakfast.
Lunch : 11.30 - 14.30 hrs. serving both Thai and International cuisines.
Snacks : 15.00 - 16.30 hrs. serving ice - cream, snacks and finger foods.
Dinner : 18.00 - 22.00 hrs. serving both Thai and international/fresh seafood dinner by the beach front.

The Bannika Suite (sea view) : is also located on the original Baan Bayan with a spectacular sight of the compound and beach.

The Sea View Villa : a rare find for honeymooners or newly weds who yearn for privacy or exclusivity. Unsurpassed visual treat of the sea.

The Taraban Suite (sea view) : is located on the top level of the original Baan Bayan facing the outdoor pool and beach front. This is perhaps our biggest room covering over 110 square meters.

The Baan Bayan comprises of 3 Suites covering up to approximately 200 square meters and can easily house up to a party of 8 - 10 persons (incredibly fantastic for joint-family vacation).
