With some notice we can arrange sightseeing tours such as elephant riding, bamboo rafting, temple tours, visiting hill tribe villages, handicraft shopping as well as trekking around Chiang Mai or nearby northern provinces.
Cooking Class
Baan Deva Montra offers home-style, hands-on cooking courses (demonstration method also available) taught by the resort owner herself, Khun Sumalya, who will teach you the ins and outs of cooking Asian cuisine and share with you her granny's well kept secret recipe for preparing wonderfully tasting Thai and Asian dishes.
Seasonal workshops in painting, drawing, pottery, dancing and other activities will be offered (with some notice), please email us (LINK) for more details and dates.
Internet access is available at the business centre at all hours and a secretarial assistant can be provided with notice.

Cultural excursions to the nearby village will give you a glimpse of the real northern Thai village life.
Mountain bicycles can be hired, and the jungle mountain terrain, dotted with villages and temples offers a safe and adventurous option for those looking
to explore.
Fishing is a popular sport in Thailand and not more than a couple of hundred metres from Baan Deva Montra is a lake where local villagers often go to fish.
A traditional northern Thai village temple is also within walking distance of Baan Deva Montra.

Each of the Baan Deva Montra Pool Villas is set in an exquisite 400-800 sq.m. of lush tropical garden, surrounded by a wall offering utter privacy and tranquility Attached to the large master bedroom, fully equipped with all modern conveniences with king/queen-size beds or twin beds, is a romantic outdoor bath tub. The bedroom opens onto an outdoor Jacuzzi pool which is situated next to a sala (gazebo), perfect for reading, relaxing, dining or entertaining guests. Families with young children may be interested in turning the gazebo into an exciting nightime 'camping' experience where Baan Deva Montra staff can set up mosquito netting and bedding. Each pool villa comes with its very own pantry.
- The Baan Deva Montra Garden Cottages
The Baan Deva Montra Garden Cottages offer eleven spacious villas, each villa is set in 800-1,600 square meters of private, exquisite and lush tropical garden and vegetation. Each villa has a beautiful patio, individually designed and decorated, offering fine views of the resort, with a day bed where guests can enjoy a quiet breakfast, a good book or sip cocktails at sunset. The cottages offer King and Queen sized beds or twin beds.
